Plex Crashing for the first time in many many years

This is the error windows reports, Any help with what to do , it was crashing like 4 times every 10 minutes. so I went to the beta version and updated to that and the crashing still happening any advice would be welcome

Please upload a set of server log files.

Settings → Troubleshooting → Download Logs. Drag the ZIP file into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location.

If the server is too unstable to access via Plex Web:

In Windows File Manager, go to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Plex Media Server\.
Zip/compress the Logs directory, then upload to the thread.

%LOCALAPPDATA% = c:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Local.

you know what I think i fixed it I got into the plex logs and it listed the file it was trying to work on when it was crashing. I deleted that video file and now its been more then 2 hours with no crashing so I think must have been a corrupt video file.
