Constant BSODs on newer Plex media server on Win 7 from Nvidia

Server Version#: 1.25.9.5721(bad)/1.25.3.5409(good)
Player Version#: Any/all

I’ve finally resolved the problem for now by finding an old version of plex media server (1.25.3.5409) but the newer versions are causing me an instant BSOD on my system. I previously had installed the latest (1.25.9.5721) but it was constantly and instantly causing BSODs on my server as soon as any attempt was made to play a video. The playback was initiated on an android phone, android TV, and also a browser on the server system. All had the same result.

The BSOD caused was nvlddmkm.sys, 0x00000116. Windows 7 version is fully updated to Apr 2022 on ESU updates, and Nvidia driver is the latest 472.12

The system is stable under all other conditions (3D gaming, HEVC offloading with MPC, etc), and only crashed when Plex was activated.

System:
Windows 7 x64 Pro
Intel i5-9400F
64GB RAM

Again, the issue is resolved when rolling back to a previous version of Plex. Clean uninstall/reinstall of Nvidia drivers was performed with DDU in safe mode, as well as 2 clean uninstall/reinstall of Plex media server as well. The only thing which has resolved the issue was using an old version. I ask for help to diagnose the issue and fix it for future updates.
