Constant buffering on direct play in home on local network

anyone have any idea why i would get constant buffering on direct play in home?
it is large 4k hdr movies that this happens(25-50mbs) on my Lg C9 oled tv.

if it helps i attached logs, problem was on 12/18 around 20:30-22:30

I know the obvious answer would be and sounds like a bandwidth issue, but it shouldn’t be .
I have the top tier Xfinity gig speed internet and the newest xfi modem from them and the tv streams 4k content from netflix prime and dis+ all perfectly fine .

With all the bugs I’ve seen in Plex since I started using it, I’m not at all surprised. It buffers for a long time for me too, when starting a movie and when jumping forward/backwards. So annoying… And it happens both when playing over Chromecast (using Android) as well as when playing in the Chrome browser on a stationary Windows PC. Playing the exact same video file in VCL, over the same network, from the same network file mapping, causes no problems what so ever. If VCL can play it effortlessly, and skipping back/forward instantly, why can’t plex?
