Hey All,
A friend has recently started having constant buffering when trying to playback any media from my server. She has a fire stick 4k. She’s tried many different video quality settings, automatic management on/off, different hardware (switching for a regular non-4k fire stick) and different internet connections (cellular and direct ethernet), different shows/movies. Same results. She’s seen errors on her screen such as “Neither direct play nor conversion is available” and “The server is not powerful enough to convert…” bur often nothing just constant buffering. This has persisted across several Plex server updates and at least one Plex Android TV update. However I have a bunch of other users and none of them seem to have any problems (even those using Fire Sticks).
I’ve attached logs which show her buffering but I can’t really see any hints to solving this issue.
