Constant buffering playing blu ray remux

My Plex server is on a synology nas ds918+ and I was getting constant buffering playing a blu ray remux file. I have Plex pass, so hardware acceleration is enabled. I was playing on a smart tv. I also tried playing the movie on ps5. Where is my bottleneck? And how do I fix it?

Just a guess is it a 7.1 Channel audio

Try the 5.1 audio Dolby Digital
