Constant "Not authorized You do not have access to this server"

Be it web browser, win app, android app, I keep getting “Not authorized You do not have access to this server”.
Its been happening for weeks now, and so far only a server reboot works.
Help!!!

Please confirm the server version. 1.35.1.2632 does not exist for PMS on Linux.

As for “Not authorized”, your server either can’t reach plex.tv to complete the authentication or has become ‘signed out’.

Can you provide a tar.gz of the ‘Logs’ directory (with DEBUG logging enabled) so I may see what’s happening ?

How do I find these logs, and how do I send them ?

On Linux,

  1. If you download from the Ubuntu snap store you’ll need dig down under /var/snap , cd further into Plex. You’ll find the Logs directory in there.

  2. If you installed from plex.tv/downloads, /var/lib/plexmediaserver

  • Library - Application Support - Plex Media Server - Logs

Make a tar.gz of the Logs directory.

When done, Open your reply, Drag & Drop into the reply window.
It will upload the file – giving you a URL (link) when complete.
