Right after install I get "Not Authorized" out of nowhere

Player Version#: I don’t know have a player.

I’ve installed the server following the instructions. I’ve tried to start it and went locally to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web and was met with " Not authorized. You do not have access to this server". I’ve done all the things in the document that says to update the plist file to remove stuff and nothing.

There’s no error in the logs. I’m logged into the account. Any idea how to fix this?
