like every 3 ■■■■■■■ months I am having to do this and its really starting to piss me off
Going to bet your underlying file naming is bad and when scanning it unmatches, and then rematches causing the loss of previous customization.
Can you provide the exact filename of one of the movies that lost their tags/artwork?
