Plex Server Version 4.62.1
Just up-dated to the newest version and Plex Server will show offline when it is not in-fact offline. Search the forums and it seems to be a common issue. We have no issue accessing content on an Apple TV at another location (different network) or on Android or Apple phones when the offline message is showing. We completely wiped the server and reinstalled Windows. New version of Plex (see above) and it is still an intermittent problem.
