I had a show synced with cloud sync. But a few days ago the show is now missing all the episodes. I have no idea why this happened. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
also not sure if its related but my library cannot be access outside of my home for some reason. yes remote access is on but no one can access it outside my home. I tried restarting pc and plex and nothing. it shows a green world that it working and they can connect to the server just not access anythign on it.
bump. i really need some help with this. i can’t figure out how to do this.
New update did not fix the issue. Really need help.

Is the TV show in your local library? remember if you delete it from the local library it will be removed from cloud sync.

The only thing i can really suggest here is to make sure you check your firewall ports and router ports
its definietely still in my library. but its missing out of my cloud sync library and anyone outside my network can not view the content.
