Where did my CloudSync library go?

I have recently lost access to my CloudSync account. When I sign in to my Plex account and open Plex in my browser, I cannot access the Cloudsync account, nor can I on my other devices. When I click on the account button the the top left, it only shows the main account/what is on my hard drive. The Cloudsync is no longer available.

I seem to be able to sync my files to Cloudsync, but then can’t access them. I have tried both reauthorizing my Cloudsync account (Dropbox) and unlinking and relinking it- but with no luck.

Any advice on what could be wrong?

Can you provide a screen shot? I’m not seeing any issues under your account that would prevent your Cloud Sync server from appearing.

Somehow this issue has fixed itself. However, now not all my CloudSync items are appearing when I am signed in. Only the most recently synced movies appear. If I look at the “sync” section under status in the Plex app, all the movies appear. But if I actually access the cloud and try to watch a movie, less than half of my movies actually show up.
