Plex installed on QNAP NAS, no issues for a couple of years and could stream all music content via Cambridge Audio StreamMagic app to Network streamer. After recent update a few weeks ago approx 25% of albums are now showing as ‘No Content’ in the CA App, the content is visible and plays directly from web browser and Plex App. Installed Minim server and the CA app sees all content from this server. Any ideas on how to restore all my content via the CA App.
CA appears to be using the data made available through the Plex DLNA server. If you can still access your music through some other DLNA clients (e.g. using VLC), you might want to review this with CA. Though from what you describe the CA is still seeing Plex…
Thanks for reply. Been in touch with CA support and given the fact that all media is visible to their app and can be streamed from nas when using minim server they have suggested the issue lies with Plex. Bit of a mystery as to why around 25% of content shows as ‘no content’ on their app but is visible via plex directly on the qnap nas.
