I have Plex Media Server installed on my laptop with my movie file on the same laptop. I also have the Plex app installed on my TV. Everything was working fine until I tried to watch a movie today and keep getting “Content not found” error. All the movies with metadata show in my library and I can add or delete movie files with no trouble. They just won’t play. Most often the error is “content not found” but occasionally it will display “Error code: s1003 (Network)” even though I am not attempting to play the movie through the network. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the server with no change. Eventually I got one movie to play after repeated attempts but none of the other files in the same folder. I don’t understand how Plex can find and play one movie in the library but not the others. Can anybody help? Thank you.
