Plex can't find file associated with this item - just created a new library

I have two external hard drives plugged into my PC which acts as the server. Today I’ve been unable to play anything from one hard drive labelled Movies. All my tv series work perfectly fine. I removed my movies library in Plex and set it up again. All of the movies are found but I’m still unable to play any of them from either my PS4 or on a desktop computer.

I don’t believe it’s an issue reading the files as they have all scanned correctly but I’m unable to work out the next steps. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am having the same issue! I also just created a new library. Have you had any luck?

No I’ve had no luck. I’ve tried numerous installs and different files but still not working. Did the plex dance work? I tried it but found no change.
