Context menu does not open on long press

When long pressing a video, the context menu shows spinner for about 5s then closes. It works ok when using the application in offline mode. Also works fine when using the vertical ellipsis button. Note, I have access to 2 servers, 1 which has an old unsupported version of PMS.
