After recent update, cannot get Up Next/Continue Watching to show. And nothing under the “recommended” tabs in any of my libraries load anything, just says server unavailable but if i go under the “library” tab everything loads. Currently, if i want to watch the next episode of something, I have to go to the library, go to the show, go to the season then the episode. Where just the other day, it was at the top of my Home Screen. I have reset everything multiple times, from the server, to the Home Screen settings on both the client and server sides. How can i fix or see what the corrupted file is? I will try to get another file for my DB log, I’m doing this from an iPad, so I’m not sure if that makes it a bit complicated.
It’s not a corrupted file. It’s the Plex DB file itself. We had instructions on how to try and fix it but PMS changed and the instructions don’t work now. We have not provided a new procedure.

Thank you, I am trying to download it but nothing shows up in the folder after the download. I have done it multiple times, it comes out as a zipped file but when I go to unzip it, its says nothing is inside to unzip.
Hey, thanks for the offer to help, I figured it out, i went in a removed the database files, and restored some from a few days ago. Seems to be working as intended now.
Ok, sounds like the issue with your database kept it open so zipping it didn’t work. For future reference, you can always grab the database manually after shutting down PMS. Trying while PMS is running may not work if there is a database issue as you found out.
