Currently library “Recommended” tabs only have a “Continue Watching” Row if that Library is configured to be included in the home screen.

So if I want to exclude a Library from the Home Screen and access said Library via its recommended tab I have to lose the Continue Watching row in that Library.

Conversely, if I want to have a Continue Watching Row in a niche Library then I have to included it on the Home Screen’s Continue Watching Row.

Please disconnect these two settings. Either always have a Continue Watching row in every Library, or add a separate setting for it.

I can’t confirm that.

If you set the library’s Visibility to “Exclude from Home screen”, it will retain the Continue Watching hub on its individual Recommended tab.

I reset all my customisations and got it working the way I want it. The I reapplied the customisations I wanted and everything still all good.

2022 clean-up: appears to have been resolved; no feature suggestion
