Continuous "Playback error" and stop of Live TV & DVR

Have the latest version of Plex on my desktop computer that I use as my server and using HDHomeRun Tuner mounted in my attic. The tuner shows I have 75% signal strength on the antenna, but the app will run no more than 5 minutes before it shuts down. I have tried adjusting the resolution down to decrease the bandwidth requirement, but nothing helps.
