I have gone through the step by step in adding people to my server with access. On my side it shows that they are in the category of “Libraries Requests Sent”. On their side it shows that they have accepted the friend request, but cant see my libraries. I can see them as friends without access
I have tried to cancel and re-send the request, but still the same result. Not sure were to go from here now.
Friendship doesn’t necessarily mean library access.
Use this https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access to grant access to your media.
It says the user is already invited.
Have you checked if their user name is already shown in this list?
If so, click on it.

I see there are 2 pending invites on your server. Which means the recipients of these invitations need to accept them first.
Tell them to take a look at their respective Profile pages, and click on the Requests button.
When they went to the profile screen, they just have edit profile. There is not a accept button.
Not Accept, but Requests.
I have checked her profile and setting, etc on her phone. There is not button for requests.
Please use the hosted web app, not the mobile app.
