I’m not able to add anyone plex
Any help would be appreciated
i have tried that and all it wants to do is send another friend request, it will not let me grant access with out sending a request everyone had access but only about half has access
Correct. You send an invitation, which must be accepted.
I don’t know what this means. Did some not accept the invitation? Did some not receive the e-mail? Do they not have an account at plex.tv (which is required)?

Regarding accepting the invitation, that can be performed directly using Plex Web.
Have them login to their account at https://app.plex.tv/desktop/.
They should see a notification over their user badge in the top right corner.
Have them click on their badge and select View Profile. Their profile page should show the pending invite. Click on the Invite button to accept.
i have 39 friends on plex with all had access but only about 10 have access and it wont let me grant access to anyone else
