Title explains it all. I had gone through a bit of a weird issue regarding reclaiming the server just last week and as a result I’ve had to reinvite all of my users back to the server, except the server claims that some users are already invited even though they aren’t in the list.
They are probably already friends but don’t have library access. when you click on Grant Library Access button are they not listed? If they are click on one and a green check shoud appear next them them and then continue and finish flow. They do not need to accept since they are already friends

I figured out how to get around it.
I opened my Plex Profile and clicked on my friend’s name from the list of “friends,” at the top of the panel next to their name is a menu icon (3 dots), “Manage Library Access” appears when I click the menu icon, then I am able to checkmark the libraries they can access.
Afterward, they appear in the list on the “Manage Library Access” in Settings as expected.
Hmm that should have been the same as using Grant library access on the screenshot I posted from Manage Library Access. Were you using the hosted or local web app?
