Control server from second PC

I want to put Plex on my Linux server. How can I control it from my Win PC?
I don’t mean WATCH, I mean things like update, scan for new…

Server Version#: 1.41.8.9834 [edit]

Just use the web app on any computer. If you have remote access enabled you can access it from almost any computer anywhere.
Use https://app.plex.tv local or remote (or via https://LocalIPaddress:32400/web if local)

That isn’t the server version is it the web app version.

Use https://app.plex.tv

Ok, let me see if I got this right?
Plex uses a web interface that can be used anywhere in the LAN to access the server. I use https://app.plex.tv/ , enter PIN, and click settings?

Yes. Some people don’t even have monitors on their computer the server is installed and always manage it from some other computer.

To be clear you can access it from anywhere ( assuming remote access is enabled and things are not blocked by whatever network you are on)
