Lately iv been having issues with using Xbox smartglass and plex on my Xbox one. Smart glass works perfect but as soon as i start plex i notices The following.
1 - on Menu on left side in plex. I cannot move down only to The right. And if i move to The right i can not go back to The menu. I can move all directions when browsing whats on deck, last watched. But if i click on a tv episode i get same issue. I can only click play not move down to click any other menu.
HELP
Seems the error occures if the Xbox is in stand by Power mode and the Plex app has been started and left on when Xbox goes to standby, after this the Controller error appears.
Restart of Xbox fixes this.
Maybe something plex Tech should look into
