Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install after update

Server Version#: 1.25.0.5282
Player Version#: 4.66.1

I just updated from 1.24.something to 1.25.0.5282
When I try to play any file I get the message “Conversion failed. A required codec could not be found or failed to install”
On V1.24.x it worked fine.

One thing I notice is that in the Settings under General I get this message:

Version 1.25.0.5282 An update is available. Please install manually.

When I follow the link, it takes me to 1.25.0.5282

I am running Synology DSM 7.0.1-42218 with an Intel chip, 64 bit so that’s the image I installed.

I checked the logs and I’m getting some new errors I wasn’t getting right before the update.

OK. You can ignore this. I had installed a new router and the IP address was different. My Synology NAS had the default gateway set up wrong. What’s interesting is that, even with the new router, Plex worked until I did the update. Some network setting must have persisted for a while until the forced restart of the Plex server.
