Conversion failed. a required codec could not be found or failed to install

Got this issue after updating. rolled back. But that didn’t Work. Already looked at logs the relevant lines are below.

check default gateway on the NAS
Verify the Syno can reach the internet successfully.
If in a VM or container, verify within the confines of that abstraction as well.
The error is as it seems: It cannot resolve (lookup the IP address of) plex.tv
