Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error on web browser and chromsecast, but not iOS

Hello!

I recently installed PMS in a Docker Container on a Linux (Ubuntu 21.10) server. A handful of my movies are throwing the error “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” when I try to watch them either in the web player or casted to a Chromecast from my iPhone. The problem movies will work fine when I watch them in the iOS app though, and it’s only certain movies, not all of them.

I tried taking a look at the other forum posts with the same error, but there seemed to a wide range of root causes and I wasn’t able to figure out mine when I took a peak at the logs.

Any help is greatly appreciated! Here is a copy of my logs:

Either the VC1 codec is damaged or the media is.
