Are you running any other Server? Otherwise reinstall the server, you don’t lose your media. Or let a PlexDev take a look at the logs.

I do have Tautulli running on there as well, but I am the only one that has access to that. I am reviewing the logs right now as I took another suggestion to change the scan interval up to 12 hours. I will let you know if I see any more happening.
