Hello everyone,
Starting today I have had this error when I try to play some content. “Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.” Nothing has been changed within PMS since this is happening. I’m running the latest PMS and W10.
I don’t know how to fix this. Any ideas?

Heey guys, anyone able to assist? Maybe someone from the Plex staff? I’m desperately looking for a solution since I’m not able to watch any content on any device.
Are you using subtitles? If so more than likely hitting the bug that crashes the transcoder. There is an open thread in here any that one.
Yes, I’m using subs. Can you point me to that topic? Curious if there’s a workaround other than turning of subs.
