I just looked at your logs here First time error: Conversion failed. The transcoder failed to start up and i do not see a similar error Unexpected error configuring transcoder: boost::filesystem::unique_path: Keyset as registered is invalid
Your issues appear to be because you are trying to place the transcoder temp directory in the windows locked down area reserved for executable programs "C:\Program Files (x86)"
