Both the people who stream my plex remotely and my local machine are having trouble streaming off my PC. I’ve never had this error before.
I’ve attached my logs here. Hopefully, one of you understands these things better than me.
UPDATE: If I go to the individual video files on my drive, they play fine in VLC player.
Why have you setup the transcoder temp directory within the windows protected "C:\Program Files (x86)" area ?
This directory is locked down by windows and meant to be for programs

I tried to use that directory because it was on my SSD and I figured that might improve transcoder performance. I’ve been getting a lot of CPU usage when folks stream off my box. In the end though, this worked and I moved the computer out of my entertainment center so it can cool itself easier.
