Conversion failing repeatedly

My PLEX server is at home, on a Windows 10 PC. Its connected to the internet via fiber optic 75/75
I am at work watching media on a Windows 10 PC. It is connected via 150/150
The media is 1080P H264 with AAC 2 channel
Streaming has stopped three times indicating *Playback error conversion failed the transcoder exited due to error
My PLEX is updated to most current

When I look at what conversion is being done it indicates Converting H264 to H264, AAC to AAC

Ive never had this fail, never have seen the error message that transcoding failed. Everything Ive ever thrwon at PLEX it has played awfully flawlessly. And now its failed three times in 30 minutes. Not sure what to think.

I have been busy and unable to do this. I figured the files were overwritten by the time I got back to my PC
It happened again tonight.
