Conversion problems, not downloading easyaudioencoder

Recently had issue where video file conversion failing frequently, i.e. not starting, just freezing at 0%. Looking at downloaded logfiles, looks like server’s having trouble downloading easyaudioencoder. Searching through internet, found advice to stop server, clear codecs folder, and restart. Still same issue though. Anyone else with this recently?

  1. Stop Plex
  2. Manually make a tar.gz of the Logs directory and attach here

My normal plex server runs on Odroid C4, where those logs were downloaded from.
Have also tried installing a fresh plex server on Raspberry Pi Zero 2, running 64bit raspos, and then 32bit instead.
Similar issue with both - codec failing to download
