I Would like to know if there is any way to easy convert a xbmc video addon to a plex channel.
Also if any developer can make that I can give a Small reward(payment)

The ease of conversion is usually directly proportional to the complexity of the channel. You're welcome to set a bounty/reward for the channel you want ported. I can't say I've seen much success with that route. Usually it comes down to finding a developer who's interested enough in the project.
