Need a developer to convert a simple XBMC plugin for me

Would anyone be willing to convert a simple XBMC plugin to a Plex channel for me?
There are three files in the XBMC plugin:
addon.xml
default.py
icon.png

Probably pretty simple for someone who knows what they are doing.
