Hiho,
what do you think? Is there an easy way to port a XBMC Addon to use it with plex?
There is a great Addon called "Mediathek" for XBMC and I wonder what I need to do to port this great add-on for Plex.

Do you have a dreambox or any enigma2 based receiver. If so you can use my plugin to view the live streams.

I use a QNAP NAS as PMS and iDevices or a RaspberryPI as clients
XMBC and Plex are different enough that porting XBMC channels is not really the best option. You are better off writing the Plex channel from scratch, but you can look at the original xmbc code to get some clues to use in writing the Plex channel. You can see how they structured the channel to decide the flow of your channel and the XMBC code may have some good clues to the best way to find and pull the associated media files.
Here is a good post on that topic - https://forums.plex.tv/topic/85986-xbmc-channel-port/?p=497657
