@ChuckPa and I were going to do a screen share to try figure out what’s going on. But, i am in the middle of moving house so that was delayed.
I guess this was never resolved? I just added a 1050ti to my server and are experiencing the exact same issues with the web player. Driver Version: 515.65.01 , Debian 11

I was going to troubleshoot with @ChuckPa but it never happened as I was moving house.
I had the same problem, running PMS on Ubuntu 20.04 and using a Quadro P600. I could transcode using the GPU anything I played on my iPhone, however whenever I tried Plex Web the transcoder crashed. Turned out if I block uBlock Origin on app.plex.tv and/or the local IP page hardware transcoding works fine also in Plex Web.
So if you have the same problem, try turning your adblockers off.
