Copy Video/Music Playlists Between Computers

Anyone specifically know how to copy a playlist from one computer to another? I run Plex on two different computers (PC1, an older PC, and PC2, a new PC) and currently can play my files and playlists from either computer (they can see each other over DLNA) and am only logged into one PC or the other at a time. I am retiring PC1 and want to transfer/copy all of the playlists to PC2 so that the playlists look to their own file server for the files. The paths will be exactly the same on PC2 (i.e., E:\Videos\filename.mp4, E:\Music\artistname\album\filename.mp3), and are all on external file servers, so I’ll only be plugging the existing drives into PC2. I don’t want to have to re-create all of my playlists to point to the drives on PC2. I am trying to avoid having to reinstall Plex on PC2 to do the move/copy for ONLY the playlists, since everything else exists on both servers. Anyone else have any ideas?

I gave up on trying to find a way to do this. There is apparently NO WAY to copy playlists from one computer to another at all. I tried the suggested methods to move the server, but that did not copy the playlists along with everything else. Therefore, I decided that instead of wasting even more time looking for a solution, I would just spend my time manually re-creating the playlists on the new server. Fortunately, I was able to read and use the original playlists to at least get the episodes to include in each playlist. There really needs to be a utility within the Plex architecture to do this, considering that generally people do not keep the same computer ‘forever’ and need to do this.
