I’m in the middle of migrating my primary Plex server from a general machine, to one purpose built to run Plex exclusively. I have some music playlists I don’t want to leave behind. Is there a way to move playlists between servers?
Unfortunately not. You can only try to move the whole server data to the new machine.
But even this will only work if the “address” (drive letter, folder path, file name) of each media file won’t be changing on the new machine.
