In the middle of watching live TV my grandfather keeps getting the following error

The operation couldn’t be completed
(CoreMediaErrorDomain error -16839 - Unable to get playlist before long download timer.)

This has been happening sporadically ever since the rollout of the new plex mobile app.

Same here. macOS and iOS broken. TvOS working. It’s the subtitles causing it based on most Apple dev resources I can find. Doubt plex cares to fix if
