Download button greyed out in playlist?

Why is the download button greyed out in the playlist window?

Hmm. Not sure. From the previous screen, what happens if you long press on the playlist? Do you get the option to download there?

Sorry for the delay, I appreciate your response. I was away for the weekend.

The delete Download option deletes the playlist I believe. Plex has no downloads when I go looking for them.

Hmm. The app thinks you’ve already downloaded that playlist. If it hasn’t, it could be reporting that incorrectly due to a failure in the download. Go ahead and use the “delete download” option. That will not affect the actual playlist. Give the app a moment to update and the “Download” option should be back.

Thanks for responding. That did enable the Download link but upon clicking that I get a “Error Response Code: 409” which I guess is how I got here in the first place.

I will add that I deleted the apple music player because it was annoying but could that cause this issue (like something isn’t where it should be?)

No, Plex doesn’t utilize Apple Music so having the app there or not should not affect Plex. Can you reproduce the error and then get me the ios logs.

Hmm. It’s not able to identify the Library ID for where the items on your list are from. That makes saving the info to your device impossible so it fails. The app is also accessing your server through it’s IPv6 address. I don’t know if these are related, but it’s possible.

Can you turn off IPv6 support in your PMS settings then restart PMS. Turn off and back on remote access so it will forget about the IPv6 address. Restart the iOS app and try downloading the playlist again. Get me a new log if it still doesn’t work.

That worked. It’s strange that I can find the playlist under Downloads → Items but not under Downloads → Music → Libraries
