I am running plex in a docker container using the plexinc/pms-docker image and a HDHomeRun EXTEND.

Didn’t figure out exactly why, but I discovered the cause. I have plex running in docker on vSphere. If I have it on a NSX backed network, it cannot stream from the hdhomerun. I moved it to a standard port group on a dvswitch and it works again.
