I have Ryzen 7 5825U Nas as my home storage device and want to run Plex on top..
Is it possible?
How many live streaming could I get without lagging?

What type or brand NAS are you using and what OS are you using?
Direct Playing or Direct Streaming when transcoding audio will not be a problem.
It can transcode several 1080p streams.
It will struggle to transcode 4K HDR video.
As @phoneguyinpgh requests, please provide additional info on your system. Ubuntu/TrueNAS/etc. Room for a GPU card? etc.
