Could someone please help? Server not connecting issues

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488
Player Version# Using latest Fire TV and Android

Last 2 days I’ve been having issues accessing my server, even on the server itself, just get a page not found, or sometimes the server loads, but trying to play anything freezes.

I had a server update available yesterday, so updated. Had to do this manually as auto update failed. Same issue on latest server version.

I can still access my brothers server with no problems, just mine. I’ve rebooted the server machine, and also the NAS with all the storage attached.

Not sure if I have an issue with Plex itself or the network

I’ve attached the server logs from around the time I was struggling last night.

Anyone have any ideas what’s causing this?

I’m having the same exact issue. It started last week. I uninstalled the Plex server completely on my Mac and reinstalled. Everything work but the same issue happened again today. What’s the solution? It was after I completed the latest update.

Not sure what to do… at a loss tbh. Very frustrated right now, and no response from plex.

I have found that the server will load sometimes, but nothing will play, just times out.

Latest and last version of plex server.

I’ve now turned off Windows firewall completely, uninstalled Plex server, and installed again and still the same issue. Can’t access my Plex server from even on the server itself!

I’ve now also checked and repaired the database as per here:

Plex, I could really do with some help, are there any staff around please?!

I have reinstalled from fresh, having repaired the database, which seemed to work to start with, but after 3 full days of scanning my TV library, it’s now finished, and still there are problems.

I get “there was an unexpected error loading this item”, or “there’s been an unexpected error loading the dashboard” or “settings are unavailable” etc…

Could someone please help suggest something?
