Crash CE-34878-0 when trying to play IPTV

Hi,

I’ve set up Plex on my PS4 and I’m watching videos from the library without any issues.
However, when I’m trying to watch IPTV (which works perfectly on the Plex server which is my laptop), I get error CE-34878-0.

Any ideas?
