Would you mind sharing what version of the Plex client you have installed and what system software/firmware you have on that PS4?
What version of Plex Media Server do you have installed?
When does the app crash (e.g. right on start or during playback / navigation / …)?
not sure most of those questions bought this from ebay and as usal once I bought it could not get insomuch with the seller, I have the latest firmware on my ps4, the error code comes on around 4 to 6 seconds once I stream a movie. the problem is still persisting.
i have the latest plex on my ps4 with newest firmware. my library shows up but when i try to play anything i get unexpected error msg. plex works finme on my pc
