Scrolling through the Photos timeline on iOS results in crashes for libraries with a few thousand photos. It’s faster to crash if you use the scrollbar on the right, but even swiping with the finger will get you to crash when you get to a few weeks back.
The Plex logs from the device don’t seem to help much, but here they are - see the few latest sessions.

The crash seems to be a segmentation fault for trying to access an out of range address.
