Same for movies. Pixel 9a. It’s been like that for a few days or weeks after the latest or previous update. (Can’t remember.)

Latest update (2026.4.1) did not fix. Would be super helpful to have updates or an estimated timeline on this one. As I have multiple versions (4k + streamable) for virtually all of my modern movies, it’s basically made my entire movie library inaccessible if I’m not at home. Clicking Play always…

Just chiming in that the crash also happens for me on two different Android devices, both on 2026.4.1 and Android 16. Pixel 9 Pro and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE. Works just fine on the two iOS devices I tested, both on 2026.4.1.

Still crashing for me on 2026.5.0. We’re approaching a month with no fix - let’s get on this one Plex.
