Hello guys. the Plex app on the ccwgtv is not starting any version to play, I have 4k and 1080p of the movie. I expect Plex to start the 1080p if it can’t play 4K. Manual picking one does work tho. Can someone assist me?

Does the audio transcode for both versions?
There is a problem with the Android clients and multiple versions of the same movie. If the audio in each version must be transcoded, the client will not automatically play either. Manual selection works OK.

If you are running into the same problem as in the thread I linked above, wait for Plex to fix the problem.
Well it’s not a 100% match so…
Oh! I was testing multi-version movies, I had never tried it before, and I was doing it from my Android phone.
I’m glad I found this thread. I’ll stay tuned here until it’s fixed, thanks
