Fix is coming soon, mainly seem happening when connecting with an android device:

PMS 1.22.1.4228 version discrepancy and recurring PMS crashes with Plex for Android connections

TO ALL: PMS 1.22.1.4288 crashing is a known issue which was fixed earlier today. Engineering is going to include the fix in PMS 1.22.2- which is on it’s way to PlexPass beta.
