I’ve had this server running for quite some time and as of late, it has been crashing every 1-3 days. Typically, the plex service will hang. I will usually have to force the PC to restart for it to come good.
I’m unsure if I just rebuild it on a new PC if it will resolve my issue, because it seems like a Plex issue, not a PC issue (other things on the box work / don’t crash).
1.20.2.3402 crashed repeatedly for me too. So I rolled back to my previous stable version of 1.20.1.3252. If you do inline Plex PMS Server upgrades each time you update to a newer version of Windows Plex PMS Server, you can find previous versions to roll back to under: C:\PlexAppData\Plex Media Server\Updates\
Just un-install your problematic version, reboot, and go to the above folder and find the sub-folder of the previous stable version you were running before and install. Has worked for me on various buggy newly released Plex Pass PMS upgrades. I only apply “Public” released Plex Pass Windows PMS upgrades (never the Beta’s) and I still have to do this from time to time.
Be sure to save the old installer elsewhere before uninstalling

Unless you go nuking everything, your watched history, playlists etc will be kept
So I uninstalled, then lost the older install file that you suggested. However, looks like yesterday they released a new version, so I’ve installed that hoping it will be stable. If it isn’t I may ask you to upload that old version for me
